Shipping Fees and Policies
Shipping fees are calculated on weight.
To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your
shopping cart, select your shipping method, you
will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being confirmed. On
orders with more than one item, you may be subject to additional
shipping charges as the weight increases.
DG-RC eStores will always make every attempt possible to deliver product
(s) ordered on time. DG-RC eStores is not responsible for any delays that
may be caused by carriers. DG-RC eStores bears no
responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee
Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only
guaranteed from the date of shipment.
The shipping fees charged are for the postage only we do not charge for the packaging or our time. If the package weight is more than we have charge you i.e. we've not updated the shipping charges on the site or the packaging is heavier than expected/calculated, we will pay the extra.
We try to ship all orders within one working day. UK deliveries can be done by First or Second Class post or via First Class Recorded Signed For Post (recommended). All international (outside the UK) deliveries are sent via International Signed For.
Non recorded items are sent at the customers own risk. As stated above, DG-RC eStores cannot be held responsible for goods not arriving.
If goods are undeliverable and are returned to us, a redelivery charge of £3 GBP plus the redelivery postage cost will be charged. This must be paid before we resend your order.
Tracking numbers (signed for delivery) will be emailed to you and can also be found in your order history on this site.
Return Policy/Procedures
Please Do Not use standard mail when returning items to us (i.e. not requiring a recipient's signature) as we cannot be held responsible for goods not arriving. We will replace faulty or damaged items with an identical replacement item or refund the cost of the item excluding postage/shipping fees if the item is no longer available.
You must notify us by email or by using the Contact Us page within 2 working days and be returned to us within 14 working days of receipt. If you have used the item and are not satisfied with the manufacturer we are unable to process a refund or exchange. Any items returned because of a "change of mind" will need to be cancelled within 7 days. We will only refund the cost of the item not the postage/shipping.
Undeliverable items that have been returned to us and do not reqire redeliverer can be refunded on request. We will only refund the cost of the item not the postage.
We can not issue a refund if the box is damaged in transit. Products must be returned to us in a resalable condition.
A refund will only be issued for returned items after they have been received by us and have been checked. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the damage is caused by abuse, misuse or non-shipping damage.
Customer returns are subject to scrutiny in respect of abuse and damage caused after delivery and may not be refunded.
All damages and returns should be reported to us and order numbers must be quoted.
